A perfect hotel in a perfect destination
A true 5-star hotel and spa. From the moment we arrived until our sad goodbye we were made to feel very special. Our first night we were upgraded to the "honeymoon suite" as it was our 30th anniversary; the room was decorated and we even had champagne and chocolate. The restaurant is very nice, we had dinner and breakfast there, and the view is as beautiful as anywhere on the island. The kitchen staff took care of every detail and made sure everything was perfect (which of course it was). The front staff (especially Nia, the supervisor, and Kleopatra) were spot on with all their recommendations for restaurants and day trips. The location is perfect in that you can walk to a lot but still out of the way. Thank you for making the last stop on our trip very memorable.

Unique experience
We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent as well. The pool area was cozy, and the views of the caldera were perfect. Hotel offers transfers and day-trips and you can also use the bus- the bus stop is very near. Overall, it is a great hotel for anyone looking for a unique experience. ️

Amazing hotel in wonderful location with super helpful staff- we were undecided about which hotel to pick and we are so
The staff were superb.Naya sorted out everything we needed. We mistakenly booked the wrong flight and she helped us sort out. Breakfast /transfer and cleaning staff were all amazing. The facilities are genuinely five star. I’ve travelled a lot and this is best holiday hotel I ever had.
